While Gardin Majico may choose not to speculate why the employees chose not to contest the DHS findings or provide additional documentation, I will: it's because the employees are not authorized to work in the U.S. and they provided fraudulent documents. Pretty obvious.

Pretty obvious that most of those that disappeared had fraudulent documentation including fudging of credentials and job histories.

Interesting: How quickly this story was dropped from the main story column, and how the name of the center was dropped from the headline. The comments on the main article were also dropped - don't recall this happening on all the other daycare articles published over the last year. And most importantly - how valid are those "background checks" that are required of all daycare workers if they are based on fraudulent documentation and information?

Who benefits from this? Certainly not the families whose children receive childcare there. What's "pretty obvious" in my opinion is how badly immigration reform is needed in the U.S.

Pretty smart, immigration knowing latinos would be at an immersion school. Now if our IRS could also figure out what sort of group tries to game the system and save our tax dollars by targeted enforcement.
