Mets' Matt Harvey, Tigers' Max Scherzer to start All-Star game

NEW YORK — Mets ace Matt Harvey will start Tuesday night's All-Star game on his home mound at New York's Citi Field, and the Detroit Tigers' Max Scherzer will open for the American League.

Should have Hardy batting ahead of Mauer. He's a much better power hitter and not a bad average hitter, either.

Well if your idea of not a bad average is .251 this year and .258 for a career then Twins have a whole bunch of not bad average hitters.
