This Obama fella is sure smart. This reminds me of his brilliant comments about Trayvon Martin. If I had a son, he would look like Trayvon. So smart the way this brain wizard unites us as a nation, huh?

This is so typical of Obama! He says things and does things that demonstrate his complete disregard for the rule of law. When Congress does not pass legislation he wants, he simply ignores the existing laws and either issues executive orders or instructs government agencies to take actions that circumvent our laws. Witness his executive order on immigration (Dream Law), instructions to the EPA on environmental regulations, even his own pet law, Obama-care! Now he is delaying part of the Obama-care regulstions, because his government agencies are too incompetent to implement parts of the law. (Hopefully, his agencies will find more parts of Obama-care they cannot implement - and Obama-sare will just die a slow death!) And it is no wonder that his lack of a value-centered view of the U.S. and the world has produced foreign policy that has no direction or strength. Gee, how did that "push the reset button" with relations with Russia work out? And, under his direction, the government no longer uses the words, terrorism (now "man-caused events"), illegal aliens (undocumented immigrants), and other real descriptions of groups and causes, because they are "politically incorrect or politically inconvenient." What a disaster of a President we have.

Seems like this "polished" politician (and I use that term very loosely) just can't keep from shooting his mouth off about things he obviously has no idea about.

Why is our congress and other elected officials allowing this to continue? No one steps up to get him removed from office.

Irregardless of his comments, why doesn't the Armed Services think that raping within the Service is not serious. In the past they have just ignored it and made it more difficult for any complaint to be made.

So are military court martial justices not smart enough to convict or acquit a serviceman of sexual assault based on the evidence? Or do these justices simply infer from the President's words that they should just convict every serviceman charged with these crimes? Seriously, this is a non-story and I am no fan of the President.
