I would check into food additives, processed foods, how food, especially meat, is raised. Is what animals are given to put on weight quickly getting into our diet? I recently saw a program where scientists haved linked gut flora to obesity (these intestinal flora play a huge part in the digestion process). How do people with "normal" diets compare with those who only eat organically grown meat, vegetables and grains? What about the HCG in milk? What about the organ and glandular "meats" from these growth enhanced animals that are in "pink slime"?
