St. Paul should comply with state food inspections

City of St. Paul must accept state inspections and move on.

Adding personnel to a government division that is inefficient and unmotivated is a bad idea. Their trainers will guide them into the same morass and you are left with more costs and less satisfaction. I can't believe the State actually found someone less motivated than themselves but they sure didn't have to look far.
