Mo. governor opts not to veto requirement that doctors be present in drug-induced abortions

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — Doctors who perform drug-induced abortions in Missouri will have to be in the room to administer the initial dose and won't be allowed to do it remotely via teleconferencing, according to a new law set to take effect next month.
