Agree with the writer completely. This is a great weekend getaway, 5 hours from Twin Cities. Restaurants, shops, and the ambiance of a crucial bygone age make this a must see place. And great B&B's, stay overnight.

It's interesting to me that this great town has a history of lead mining. That couldn't work today. All but forbidden by the citizenry.
