Chinese police say employees of drug maker GlaxoSmithKline bribed doctors, hospitals

BEIJING — China's police ministry accused executives of pharmaceutical supplier GlaxoSmithKline on Thursday of conducting a large, long-running bribery campaign to persuade doctors to prescribe drugs.

It's not a bribe, it's promotion! Same as Medtronic, St. Jude, and others pay to have articles written for them in journals that encourage your doctor to beta-test their tech in YOUR body!
