US consumer borrowing up $19.6 billion; credit card debt reaches highest point since 2010

WASHINGTON — Americans increased their borrowing in May at the fastest pace in a year. Borrowing in the category that includes credit cards reached its highest point since the fall of 2010.

Here we go again. With no real increase in wages/salaries for the vast majority of Americans, the economy only grows when people burden themselves with more debt. Don't you just love the end result of trickle-down, supply-side economics?
