Hard to have fun as a player when your pitching staff is so putrid.

I want to know what happened to having a higher payroll now that we had a new stadium for them to play in. We did well the first year, but since then the team value has dropped as has the experience. Why are the Pohlad's playing cheap now? We want a team of experience to win divisions and championships and instead we're getting the minor leagues.

Gardy must have forgot to tell them to just go out and have fun like he said yesterday. This team has no talent, after 3 years of 90+ loss seasons you would think someone has to fired, not sure with this group though.

Hang in there folks; the reigning 'Stats Queen' will surely inform everyone that Diamond, Swarzak, Roenicke, and especially Duensing have been just lights out, and the loss can in no way be attributed to Gardo or Andy. And that Joe Maddon has now gone into hiding knowing that Gardo is coming. I'm not making this up folks, believe me, it's been posted here before by the 'Stats Queen,' heck, even Cuddy's good season so far is simply because of his wealth of experience....it has nothing to do with getting away from Gardo and his philosophies.

I know Diamond was hopeful after his last start. But, he has just two quality starts since May 7th. Diamond has not recaptured what he had last year. He needs to be retooled at Rochester...and it's time to give Andrew Albers a look-see. Albers is no savior...but he's earned a call up. Continuing to have Diamond up with the Twins getting shelled isn't helping him or the team.

deez' bums [my bums, and yours?] should be renamed the MN. 'TEASE'. every once in a while [like one out of 3] they will play a GOOD TEAM game. and ? the talkers during the game said JOE M has been streaky this year ? the entire team has been streaky, and mostly poor as a group. YO YO's go down and up, but my bums seem to have forgotten how to tie the string at the bottom, so it spins back UP!

Well, I hope all this hype we have been hearing about the Twins having the best farm system is true. This season is a loss, but banking on improvement next two years, largely based on the farm system. If they don't get that, then I think you can point a finger at the Pohlad's. My sense is they have that long until attendance sinks to Cleveland/Miami levels, and the franchise is truly in mid-70's doldrums.

I think GARDY throws DIAMOND out there so the other team can have an extra batting practice session.DIAMOND ia not a starter, but GARDY thinks he is go figure.
