The Ukrainians of what is now southeastern Poland were either killed by the Nazi's, or then by the Poles, or were starved (several million of them) or shipped out by Stalin. No one in that region: Jewish, Polish, Catholic, Ukrainian, Slovak, etc, had anything but misery during and after WWII. it's a shame that now people are battling over who should commemorate who for killing who. Such commemorations would take many generations to properly perform.
