Please kill as many of the flying carp, otherwise known as the canadian goose, as possible. Disgusting, destructive, aggressive creatures. They are ruining beaches, crops, etc., etc. Should raise the bag limit to 40 per day.

Ridiculous. Geese can barely fly in August. The yellow fuzzy ones should be a big challenge.

The problem is that a hunter can only take some many geese. They taste awful to begin with and 5 giant resident canadas is a lot of meat already at 12 - 15 pounds a piece. Another problem is that they thrive in urban areas where hunting really isn't allowed. Tough to fire a 12 gauge on a public golf course in the city without getting into trouble.

So what exactly are you gonna do with 15 Canada geese, 45 mourning doves, 9 woodcock and/or 24 snipe other than to throw them into the ditch? Sounds like a waste of wildlife to me. Maybe we need to review human population growth patterns?

Great for the hunters. I will be able to fill the freezer and have enough for the whole year. Don't get where people get the idea that the harvest is throw in the ditch. Go through uptown and see all the waste that happens! 45 mourning doves can be eaten in one meal.
