On national tour, Gabrielle Giffords actions speak more than words on gun control

DOVER, N.H. — Thirty months after she was shot through the head, former Arizona Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords sits in a New Hampshire restaurant facing parents of children killed in the nation's latest school shooting.

Giffords is about gaining a small concession now, a little larger concession later, and who knows what down the line. It's the liberal political playbook.

Those gun victims, how dare they try and not have other people being shot in the future. Some people see the irresponsible ways we handle guns in this country. Others deny it or don't care or both.

None of the gun control proposals would have prevented any of the mass shootings,including Gifford's shooting and the horrific Sandy Hook shooting...By far, the most shootings are done by criminal thugs shooting other thugs with illegal handguns obtained through straw gun buyers and the illegal gun traffickers and not from gun shows...that's liberal propaganda nonsense. So far this weekend Chicago alone has seen over 40 shootings with over 10 dead,by these thugs...Area's like this is where the outrage should be focused,and not towards law abiding citizens.
