Home ownership is still in the hands of the havemores. If they decide they want to strip away some or all of your wealth they will. Either by congress backed legalized bank stealing or wallstreet thievery. What has happened over the last 7 years can happen again at the drop of a hat. It's just a matter of when they decide the average person has too much in their eyes and they want it.

It's hard to find someone in the industry that will stick with you over the years. 3 year ago I was turned down for a mortgage and the lender was a real jerk and wouldn't work with me. That is why I got back into the business, turning a no into a yes, even if it takes a couple of years, is well worth the time and the effort.
