$7 billion we don't have so Africans can burn fossil fuels for power all the while restricting US from burning our fossil fuels. Seriously, what is the point? Other than purposefully bringing America down.

Wait a minute. Obama told us that we didn't have any money and that sequester would break our backs. Even the (Hint: Liberal) news media said that we couldn't live without more government money. Then, if by magic, 7,000,000,000.00 appears out of nowhere. Where did that suddenly appear from? Any wonder we can't pay off our debts?

With this statement a person has just become the most dishonest president in US history, as well as one of the most detrimental and destructive to american society and our nation as a whole. Congress really can't impeach him soon enough.

Can obama spell 'deficit '? Who does this poser think he is giving BILLIONS of others hard earned dollars away as If it is confetti? Executive decree? As an executive he would not be hired anywhere. We have to elect our incompetents. Stop all foreign aid until our deficit is gone, our borders are closed and our economy is on the rebound.

Its great that we can spend 7 billion for electricity in Africa when were 17 trillion in the hole and have sequestration going on here. I guess its ok for Africa to burn coal but punish our own country for using it.

Nothing like borrowing money from China to give to a country we have no business giving it to. Can we hear again from liberals about investing in our own infrastructure?
