Delta CEO credits management 'pack' with airline's turnaround; pursues faster security lines

NEW YORK — Delta Air Lines is on track for its fourth straight annual profit, its best stretch since the six years ended in 2000. Its passengers file fewer complaints about lost bags and late flights than those flying its chief rivals. Delta's merger with Northwest is considered a blueprint for combining airlines.

I fly with this disgusting airline 40 times a year since they have a lock on MSP. If I were the CEO I'd be embarrassed by the condition of the old planes and attitudes of the rotten flight attendants.

ND has one of the higher amount of delta elite passengers and each year richard rights them a letter apologizing for the lack of first class, they could just get rid of the crj 200 and that problem is solved.
