3 women in Ohio captive case say legal process painful; they want quick resolution

CLEVELAND — A man charged with holding three women captive in his run-down home for about a decade will undergo an evaluation to determine if he is mentally competent to stand trial, a judge ordered Wednesday.

Because court is about redress, we will never be able to do with this man what he deserves.. These women need to move on, but never will, or even to know him to suffer as they have. How insane we offer such rights to those who imprison others, stalling their suffering to provide them care and rights..If he only could have afforded them the same and left them alone. It's disgusting how a humane society has to cushion the inhumane behind some idea of a fairness that never could be achieved.
