Move Buxton up already! Bryce Harper, Manny Machado and Yasiel Puig are already up in the majors playing. Move him up to AA ball and let him finish off the year there. See what he can do in Spring Training and bring him up next year. It's not like Willingham is killing it in the outfield or at the plate this year, and most likely, won't be here next season!

Good post Megaton. Buxton is a rare five tool player and maybe the best athlete this organization has ever had an I am old enough to remember all of the Twins players since their inception. He is being wasted in Cedar Rapids at this time. He needs to be challenged at a higher level. Harper was brought up at 19 and Machado is only 20 and they both should be All Stars this year. Hope to see Buxton in a Twins uniform within the next year. Let;s hope he doesn't waste his career in the minors for three to four years. That would be a shame.

come on guys, the cheap Pohlads aren't going to start the arbitration clock anytime soon. They have the "Twins Way" which is to let top prospects sit in the minors even when the Major League players struggle. It's a sad situation. As many others have said....why would management do anything when the people are coming to see the product(even though it's AAA product). Give us some excitement.

Machado was playing pro ball at 17. Had nearly 1,000 PAs in the minors. Buxton has about the same number of pro PAs as Machado had in his last year of AA ball, and Buxton hasn't played AA ball.
