Bubbles by Brooks buoyant after trademark win

High-end clothier Brooks Brothers has dropped a trademark infringement action against the small Rochester-based distributor of therapeutic soaps.

Terribly disappointed by Brooks Brothers. It should never have come to that. Ridiculous.

Amy Brooks is correct. The whole system of big corporate bullies and intellectual property litigation is broken and needs serious attention. Two of the biggest offenders are Target Corporation and the U.S. Olympic Committee.

Great job by David Phelps for writing about a complete injustice. Kudos to Frederickson for their pro bono work! I have had many cancer patients who use " Bubbles by Brooks" and would recommend her products!
