Survey: Most US homebuilders optimistic about home sales for first time in 7 years

For the first time in seven years, most U.S. homebuilders are optimistic about home sales, a sign that construction could help drive stronger economic growth in coming months.

Just because the recession started with turbulence in the homebuilding industry doesn't mean its improvement is a sign that the economy is healing. It isn't! Manufacturing jobs are still moving to China and Mexico. Many Americans won't get hired unless they're already working, thus keeping unemployment high in the US. America, you're on your last leg. Then end will come before this year is up. It won't be pretty.

What we have is artificially low interest rates and foreign millionaires and hedge funds buying up vast tracts of real estate. This is not a housing recovery. It's the symptom of a much larger problem.

US Home builders are confident that the US Congress will flood the US with another 33Million cheap foreign workers over the next decade via that new immigration bill.
