Obama is a Bush on Steroids. Why can't he just focus on the problems here in America and stop trying to be the world police officer?

Don't liberals demand we are not the world's police, or is that only when a republican is president. Where on earth is Code Pink? We now have troops stationed at the Syrian border and the liberals are silent. It appears the liberals complaints about interfering in matters we don't belong is was really more about Bush hatred than anything else.

What has happened to the Middle East since Obama became Commander in Hiding? The victory in Iraq was surrendered and now Iraq is in turmoil, insurgents including al Qaida are becoming strong again, last week bombings killed 56 people and the democracy won is teetering; Syria is in a civil war that threatens to upset the entire Middle East; Egypt has become a Muslim state unfriendly to the US; Iran is close to producing an atomic bomb; Jordan and Turkey is overrun by refugees from Syria; Hezbollah has been strengthened and is now a major factor in Lebanon as well as developing a military; terrorists in the USA killed 13 soldiers and injured 30 at Fort Hood and civilians were bombed at the Boston Marathon killing 3 and injuring 50; Al Qaida is stronger and growing throughout the world. As I recall his rhetoric in 2008, his Muslim upbringing was going to develop friendships with the Muslim Middle East and improve the US’s position in the Middle East. Instead we are mired in a morass that threatens the entire world. Al Qaida is stronger and growing. This is Obama leading from “BEHIND”, another word for not leading at all. He is nothing more than a novice reactionary.

I wonder if Obama just read in the newspaper about the crisis in Syria. He claims to never know what is happening until it's almost over. IRS, Fast and Furious, Benghazi, NSA, Secret Service and prostitutes, AP scandal. I guess arming the rebels will help take his scandals off the front page.

Ring, ring, ring... Hello operator, I am looking for the democrats and liberals who say we are not the world's police. If they are not available, how about the ones that hated Bush for getting us into unnecessary wars? If you can't find them can you put me through to Code Pink? Hello... operator? Where did everyone go?

I agree with other posters - the wars were just another excuse to blame Bush and vent hate.
