As a former property manager of a large section 8 building full of immigrants I can attest to the fertility thing. Easy to have more children than you SHOULD when someone else pays for most of your expenses. Immigrant dad, mom, 4 kids- no work. Free healthcare, 3br , 2 full bath apartment, SNAP. RENT? INCLUDE UTILITIES-$250.00/month. Stop subsidizing able bodies people PEOPLE. They will learn how to support themselves and limit family size to what they can afford.
