How hideous - but the French, what can one say. Although, I could see this happening in Minneapolis under the guise of "freedom of speech."

Does not the Koran call it a sin to commit suicide? I have never heard anything more unnatural than a mother being proud that their child committed suicide and murdered people. I have always been for a viable Palestinian state, but you wonder what kind of people rejoice in the death of their children?

I suppose we should have a museum glorifying 9/11. I mean, its just free speech if you murder someone for "a cause". This entire notion disgusts and sickens me. Completely inexcusable.

Even if there was something worth dying for religion would certainly not make the list. These people have grown up in a place that does not let the truth in.

gemie1, suicide is against islam, martyrdom is not. In islam, you would not hear them called suicide bombers, but rather Shahid or Fedayeen. Omar Ahmad, the founder of the Council on American–Islamic Relations, said, "Fighting for freedom, fighting for Islam, that is not suicide. They kill themselves for Islam."
