Agree with publicly supporting it or not... Arden Hills was the right place to build the new stadium. Sad, really.

WHY isn't this land worth $$$? It's the same layout as the mall of America land. 300 acres next to 694. Totally flat, undeveloped. Imagine bulldozing mall of A and asking developers if they would like to build on a sweet empty lot? The MOA is worth $1B?
