Minnesota begins all-year efforts to fight flu

It would really help if vaccines become available at the end of summer, before school starts. August would be great and maybe give us a head start on protection from the flu.Also, having flu shot clinics at public schools would be good. I remember having a german measles shot in the 5th grade at my school, standing in line with all the other students. Couldn't we do something like this in our schools, right in the fall for all students who wanted to particiapate?

Many studies indicate that vitamin D supplements are more effective at stopping the flu than the vaccine.
