Here's hoping Steve Simon runs. As the chair of the House elections committee, he enjoyed bipartisan support and respect and actually managed to push through some election reform legislation this year. The guy has been on everybody's short-list of up-and-comers for a while now - this would seem like the time to do something with it.

I wish I had a chance to pat you on the back, Secretary Ritchie. You've done an excellent job in some very trying circumstances. You leave behind some very big shoes to fill.

Looks like the democrats are going to need a new tool from the toolbox. Maybe Margret Anderson Kelliher can come back in this role? So long as the person has a silent D behind their name that's all that matters to the party.

Great job Mr. Secretary. You held your office to the standard we expect.

"Great job Mr. Secretary. You held your office to the standard we expect."...From a bought and paid for Soros plant. Mark Ritchie made sure just enough votes weren't counted that should've been and that plenty of bad votes were cast and not challenged.

With the way he's able to make votes appear out of thin air, maybe Mr. Ricthie could start up a magic act along the lines of David Copperfield or Criss Angel.

I think he is stepping down before he gets thrown in jail, This Democrat (not SOS) did this great state NO favors.
