Good thing life is so much better in Iraq since we invaded and occupied, huh?
>>> Good thing life is so much better in Iraq since we invaded and occupied, huh? <<< The amazing thing is, it just might be.
The liberal left blamed Bush for these acts of terrorism. But Bush is gone and before Bush left he negotiated a troop withdrawal and the troops have been out of Iraq for 17 months now and what do we have? Terrorism targeting civilians. What the cognitively deficient on the liberal left do not realize is that these acts of terrorism are political warfare. The goal for the Muslim extremists perpetrating these heinous acts of terrorism against civilians is control. Control of the government, control of the people, and in particular, control of women. These terrorists are not fighting an "occupier" (who was only trying to spread freedom to the oppressed), they are fighting other Muslims for what? For control! By far, most of the civilians killed in Iraq were killed by Muslim terrorists. There is no rationale for a terrorist to detonate a bomb in a crowded marketplace killing other Muslims no matter what the twisted liberal mind says. And yet, that is what they were doing all during the Bush years and are still doing today long after the American troops have left. This will continue. The power hungry are not giving up any time soon.
US foreign policy is a disaster nearly everything we touch turns into a cluster mess.
The only US foreign policy going on anymore is Obama's support of terrorism. He's busy with Syria right now and not looking at Iraq. You lefters should be happy.
R U Nuts..this was a bogus war from day one. let em kill each other off like they have been doing for 3000 years. Spent a trillion dollars on Bush's wet dream. Blame Bush for getting involved. His famous last words.."I am not a nation builder".
Duh, Sunni on Shiite violence and Shiite on Sunni violence. Who didn't see this coming before the U.S. invaded Iraq?
(nomeds): "Duh, Sunni on Shiite violence and Shiite on Sunni violence. Who didn't see this coming before the U.S. invaded Iraq?" ---- An administration that did not understand the concept of a "political power vacuum."
We never should've gone into Iraq. And yes, GWB is responsible for this. Maybe not directly, but indirectly, as most if not all of the violence over the last 10 years wouldn't have happened at all if Bush hadn't lied us into the war.
