Is Eagan's waterless water tower worth saving?

Eagan’s oldest water tower, offline for years, needs repairs. But if it’s torn down, the city could lose money from wireless antennae on top.

no it's not worth saving. If it doesn't work and it's not historic, and it's THAT ugly, tear it down!

Hydro-battery makes sense. How about an elevator + picture windows = Big Buck condo. Turn an expense to remove into a saleable asset.
