I would have kept the invasive search money, but let's face it, $3 million won't stop them. only manned decontamination stations at all boat launches will.

Can we take a few million from the legacy fund and dedicate to getting rid of Phlyiss Kahn in the next election? It the best investment we can make in our environment.
Sorry, but the manned inspections will prove to be money wasted. That money would provide needed research to find a way to eradicate the pests once and for all. Thank you Mark for keeping the political fingers off legacy funds. If only you would have shown such concern about the Vikings fiasco.
