I pray for the day, when any politician endorsed by a union, is automatically eliminated by educated voters!
The only path to solvency is for government bodies to rid themselves of public unions. This, and Scott Walker, are a good start.
I pray for the day, when any politician endorsed by a union, is automatically eliminated by educated voters---- by definition, they are already eliminated by educated voters....it's just that in some areas there are mor uneducated voters.
This "uneducated voter" has read Sinclair Lewis' "The Jungle," and appreciates deeply those who fought for collective bargaining. Those "educated voters" who think unions crashed our economy, and who revel in their demise, can't quite reconcile the fact that when unions were strong, they raised the standards for everyone, and our economy was strong. Now unions are getting ground down, and wages for the average working man or woman are at a standstill. There's a connection.
