I have watched the GOP over the last couple of decades and am convinced that they will once again hurt themselves again by overplaying their hand.

These governmental failures should doom bothmajor political parties. they have a stranglehold on our authority and have for decades. They are both responsible for these, all of them, and they should be treated as the organized criminal undertaking they are.

Republicans have to utilize this strategy because the ideas they are proposing have been proved to be so very unpopular. They are turning themselves into a party of irrelevance, and if they do not oust the Tea Party and make it a third party on its miserable own, they will lose more of their traditional base and any claim on leadership into the near future.

I say let the r's go after Obama and make fools of themselves until they implode--maybe a credible opposition with an actual agenda to govern might come out of all this nonsense.

It proves, once again, they are not interested in governing or progress, they only want to try to destroy the President. They are doing what Mitch McConnell stated. They would rather see the economy crash and people suffer than see this President succeed for the American people. Republicans: go home.

Wait, what? Republicans fail, they fail. Democrats fail, we should all fail? This is an adult world, own up to it. Lets get the adults back in charge.

Just curious how the liberals would feel if these three things had happened under GW Bush's watch?

Republicans do not need to do anything to make the economy crash. Obama has accomplished that on his own. The real lesson of the Obama years is that big government suffocates freedom, especially when the government employees are 80% to 90% liberals, many of whom have few qualms about using the power of government to quash conservatives, regardless of whether the President or his administration directed it or not.

Yep.... I remember when Clinton had all of those scandals his second term and the GOP tried to pile on, even impeach him. Clinton had almost a %70 approval rating near the end....of course the Dems got it handed to them next election, but until then.....yipppppie!!!

Funny How Bachmann is always there in front of the media when she wants the attention rather than running away from the media when she has no legs to stand on.
