What am I missing here? Let's see, the city is awash in money and does not get money from the state who extracted it from out-state Minnesotans? Then they decide to take this magic money and compete with private real estate companies. When the dollar collapses, soon, projects like this will be a thing of the past. Pity it has to take something like skyrocketing interest rates to prove my point. Let me check the nation's and state's constitution and see if I can find anything about investing money people bust their butts to earn and playing real estate agent. Very sad.
