Medtronic, Boston Scientific patent case heads to U.S. Supreme Court

U.S. Supreme Court will decide if an appeals court was right to reverse a ruling for Medtronic.

We need to get government out of the way. Wait, you mean the Supreme Court is part of our government? And you mean the Patent Office is also part of government? Well golly gee I guess we do need government.

It's a shell game. Some cases Boston pays Medtronic, other cases Medtronic pays Boston. In the end it washes out, but the whole time the lawyers sure are getting rich.
