Dump Kahn out of the legislature, and for sure the committee chair position.

THe DFL selected through its ranks someone in Rep. Kahn who made no bones about her feeling on this. Why does it take "last minute heroics" by some DFL senators and the governor threatening to veto just to get back to base one on this? Why would that party have entrusted Rep. Kahn IN THIS AREA?

jphaunMay. 15, 13 1:19 PM

The voters of Minnesota certainly never contemplated that Rep. Kahn would introduce spending proposals for legacy money.

Dennis, you should know better. You're description of one part of Rep. Kahn's proposal is inaccurate, and you know it. Her bill does not "enhance regional parks", it creates and improves fish and game habitat in the metro area. And yes, there is a lot of wildlife in the metro area that needs habitat. Your anti-metro area bias is showing, as is your willingness to misrepresent the facts in order to appease your hunting and fishing cronies.

Dennis - Good job of keeping the readers informed on what is going on with the Legacy Bill. The regular political reporters seem to be focused on only the items that make big headlines.

jphaun You are right the voters never contemplated this. But this is what elected officials do They use our money to purchase votes. It is a fact and will not change until we all wake up and watch these looter & robbers. Do not trust them any further then you would trust a mother Grizzly with cubs
