It has to be Detroit. Look at all that rust.
If she is Union she will be foreced to take one day without pay and if found to be over the limit (probably 0.5 for Union Bridge Operators) then she will forfeit two days. But, after appeals, she will have her back pay.
I've texted the news that a bridge struck a ship in Detroit, bridge operator suspected of OWI, to several people, most of of whom think I'm operating my phone while intoxicated.
