I want the stadium to be financed voluntarily by the fans and not involuntarily by the taxpayers to the greatest degree possible. The Vikings shouldn't be treated any differently than any other big business.

I want people to stop complaining about stadium funding on comment boards

I you're going to spend that much money in the first place then do it right and put a retractable roof on the dang thing.

Good grief its Minnesota not Florida do it right and put either a fixed or retractable roof on the thing so it can be used year around and help pay for it self. Open air covers 8 game sand then the place is dead until the next season collecting cost as it sits there. At least a closed one will generate some revenue year around. Use the common sense the Lord gave you.

I want to see how it's going to be paid for. What a waste. And the Strib, which makes money on the deal actually created an entire section on the website for this financial fiasco? Shameful.

Maybe they can borrow a few of the Packers' trophies for a trophy case.

The tax breaks we give businesses is made up for by taxing the citizenry more. Its subsidizing business, any way you look at it.

Discover the deal the City of Atlanta GA received with it's partner the Falcons. Minnesotans are paying substantially more for the Minnesota Experience.

As a Packers owner, I would be willing to rent one of the Championship trophies occasionally to the Vikings, as long as they promised to return it.
