Where do all the posts keep going? I'm thinking the startrib is surprised at how many negative comments there are because this is the 3rd time they've cleared them out since the announcement that the House approved the destruction of marriage.

Our constitution does not define marriage - period! It should also not redefine it. From a purely conservative perspective, the legislature was wrong with their actions in the 2012 election and they are also wrong now.

This is what the people should have voted against. The wording of the amendment in 2012 was poor so most did not vote either way. All this crap keeps getting thrown at us with no input .

"First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win.--Gandhi" ========================================== and Gandhi is spinning in his grave that his quote being used analogizing his real struggle with the forcing of a lifestyle choice on society. In one people were suffering at the hands of a tyrant government and the other is an unnatural lifestyle that a small minority has chosen to live.
