Sorry, I'll be on the picket lines, not volunteering to welcome the party that has done more to destroy America's reputation, future and economic standing than anyone in recent history.
The GOP sniped Minneapolis as their convention city just as the Democrats were going to declare it their spot. What did the GOP expect? They put their convention in a city that had what, >90% democrat majority in voting last presidential election?
If the Democrats had it here, it would be a story about having too many volunteers and not enough work to go around.
That support that insanity l.o.l. lock up your sons and daughters and boys it has been a good run, mission accomplished in November 2008 throw the bums out...
They really thought that they would get enough 'volunteers' in MN for the RNC? Fools. They will have to ship people in from Mississippi or something.
I will bet in Denver they won't have to send out an SOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wouldn't want to be anywhere near all the Bush lovers that week. Remember Bachmann's tongue-kiss at the State of the Union speech! Stop and think for a minute how awful it will be to have Bachmann -like folks running around town, up until 4 am, hiring prostitutes, tapping their feet in the men's room, praising Jesus with one hand and stealing from the poor with the other...sickening.
I have to work, besides as a Republican I just can't see myself voting for McCain!! He is just too senile and a worse flip flopper than OBAMA!! Norm Coleman himself will be lucky t oget my vote which right now I am still stuck in middle but I vote Coleman for NOW!!!
I agree that the GOP should not be holding their convention here, but MN did not vote over %90 democratic last Presidential election. Kerry got %51 of the vote and Bush %48. Please get your facts straight before you post.
Least I haven't heard calls to riot at the RNC convention.. Unlike the liberal, throwback hippies that want to "Re-Create 68" and destroy Denver
