Its kind of like the Democrats' gun control laws. It won't stop bullying at all.
Once again, asking the schools/teachers to take on the role of the parent.
Liberals claim that the death penalty does not deter murder, but a law against bullying will stop a child from bullying. Another piece of legislation to show how much they care!
How about we release the bully's name, parents name and address to the internet and let folks online go after them in sorts of "creative" ways - that might make parents think twice about not getting their kids inline.
Oh the legislature's so tough . . . another unfunded mandate for schools.

Interesting how the biggest bully in the world, government is using its might to go after pint sized punks. Just wait until these coddled kids living in bully free school zones grow up and enter the real world.
