How ironic that a group calling itself "Alliance Defending Freedom" would want the government to supersede a health care decision made between a woman and her physician.
OK, so start checking the medical records. It should be easy for other doctors to confirm or not the 'medical necessity' of all those abortions. If the first coupla hundred show they WERE necessary, stop and issue a statement.
OK, so start checking the medical records. - Why? This should have been done before/during trial. It's over and done. HIPPA, you know.
Surprising how a Democrat judge, who just happened to be one of the judges who oversaw the Coleman/Franken recount would rule on the side of the liberal agenda. All the while, 37,000 murders were committed for convenience.
The pro death people say that we shouldn't get between a woman and her doctor. And babies die...
Go ahead and file your appeal. Spend more money on legal fees. Watch the money circulate through the economy 4 times before moving on. Maybe some of these "indigent women" will see some of that money come through their workplace and be benefited in an indirect way from your attempt to harm them
Strange situation. An issue affecting women is always pursued by men. Where are the women in his issue? In the kitchen barefoot and pregnant?
If liberals think our medical records should be made public in order to buy a gun they should endorse medical records being opened to determine if an abortion is medically necessary.
Right back at you bigbadbean. If right wing conservatives believe like starts at conception, how could they possibly back sales of assault weapons, meant to only kill people, without background checks
bigbadbean - So you are in favor of mentally ill people being afforded the right to purchase assaualt weapons then?
"If right wing conservatives believe like starts at conception, how could they possibly back sales of assault weapons, meant to only kill people, without background checks"
Can someone decipher that for us?
