Real oil production is probably closer to 2.4 billion barrels rather than the 2.7 billion in the article, both of which are way below the false numbers given out by PDSVA. The article doesn't mention that Chavez, in violation of the Constitution pledged the oil against massive loans from the Chinese which now need to be repaid. The Chinese now must be paid approximately 25% of every barrel of oil sold. Venezuelan economists claim that the price of oil would need to be at an average of $141 per barrel for Venezuela to meet all of it's financial commitments, an impossible number. Maduro won't last two years because he doesn't have a clue on how to run a country with a totally destroyed economy!
The only Venezualan's who support the current regime are the 50+ percent of those on the public dole. Obama and the Dems only have to create about 5 percent more of dependents in this country to be on the same kind of easy street!
