when the twin were winning the worst division in mlb and getting swept in the first round of the playoffs every year you never heard anything about the farm system. now that they have no chance at .500 we get weekly updates, can we just stop. this is a trick perpetuated by the MN "Mild." it hasn't worked out to well for them, eh?

I agree with Pazaluna. Stop the hype. We heard all the same BS about Todd Walker and Luis Rivas. For that matter, don't make Nate Hanson out to be all that, at a position that desperately needs an upgrade, only to then interview a GM who makes the kid sound like a utility player.

I agree with duke71 - keep reporting this Phil. Most of us who read this are TRUE baseball fans - not fair weather complainers!

The Twins have too many kids on team already. They play like a farm team making errors that cost them game after game. See last night. With our veterans playing so poorly I guess all we can do is look at the kids.

These top two comments are ridiculous. Do know why they weren't talking about them? Because our top prospects were on the major leagur roster. Mauer, Morneau, Santana, Kubel, Guzman etc. Rivas never hit better than .270 in the minors and was never hyped to be a good hitter. Sano, Buxton, Arcia are legit big time prospects and should be talked about and you should listen. The future is very brightfor the Twins
