Bring back the Don Bosco Conference!

I smell a parochial state tourney coming for these schools too. It's just a matter of time before all parochial schools are forced to go their separate way.

Don Bosco was what I played in back in the day...

Now all the recruiting schools can play each other. Great idea!!

They can just have Wayzata while they're at it.

Geographically and size wise it would make sense for Holy Angels and Benilde to be a part of the new Metro West conference. Given that they weren't originally asked to join that conference, probably means the Metro West schools don't want them.

teddydog13, a good fit somewhat, but definitely not in hockey. Imagine Benilde playing Richfield, Cooper, St. Louis Park, and Kennedy twice a season each. Yikes. But you hit the nail on the head. The Metro West schools definitely do not want them.

to nunumumu: Are you looking at a different picture? The one with the article shows at least 4 DeLa Salle players, 1 white, 2 black and 1 with not enough coverage to tell ethnicity. Not that it matters.

Take the Breck School with you too.

Grant Besse from Plymouth, played in Wayzata youth hockey and then for Benilde located in St Louis Park. Just one of 100's of examples. These guys move around more than the nomads! Must be nice to not have to build a youth program, when you can just pilfer someone elses. Thank you all the youth hockey volunteers for your time invested! little johnny is going to Hill now.. sure isnt very loyal to his peers and his town.. just another hot shot thinking they are NHL bound...
