I love Diana Krall and have seen her perform live elsewhere. I think her "Glad Rag Doll" album is terrific and those songs made up most of the evening. For me, the concert was a big disappointment. The old-time movies were tacky and a distraction. She talked quite a bit and too much of it came out as mumbling. I will continue to buy and play her albums, but I will not go to any more of her concerts.

I found it refreshing to finally see something different at a concert. I also found the periods of dialogue actually pretty entertaining and charming. I particularly appreciated the self-deprecating and playful banter with a pretty engaged audience. Songs were great and even though the tickets weren't cheap, definately felt like I got my money's worth.
