A committee chair with little power and a caucus leader who can't lead. It's rather interesting to see our Congress working so hardly! (Purposedly misspelled.) And Minnesota we have a useless chair and a dim bulb working for us. Term limits, total reform of the election process, locks on the doors out of the Capital building and no phones available for use, incoming or outgoing, health emergencies the only exception. Congress is supposed to be working for us, when exactly do they ring in and start doing it?!!

I'll offer this thought: the tea Party has fractured the Republican Party and left both groups on life support. Boehner knows that if he looses control, such that he has, the TP will in a sanctimonious explosion, destroy the Republican Party. Boehner's death grip on the house is somewhat understandable, but it strangles the party's need to evolve and accept necessary changes. Not everything that's wrong with the House Education Committee's lack luster performance is Kline's fault

This is what is called a "feel good" story. It makes us feel thankful that Kline does NOT weld more power. Just think of the pickle this country would be in if he had real clout. Good story: Feelin' good and feelin' thankful in Minn.

As chairman of the House Education and Workforce Committee, Republican U.S. Rep. John Kline has done very little other than point fingers at others to help graduates. Real help from this committee chair is long overdue!
