Kevin Correia’s brilliant outing vs. Texas was the latest example of the starters giving the team a shot.

If JM starts to hit lookout KC. Nice win against a good team.

shutout?! whatever. just WIN the games with good pitching, defense, and now some cluch hitting! we all knew det. was not to stay down for long. if the twins can be real close to .500 w/l at the end of may; this could be a fun summer to watch baseball. a bit better ? than last year. fun.

correa[sp?] pitched about 9 shut out innings today. he pitched 2 innings in the 4th. to get credited with 3 outs; due to a lousy call by home plate ump. great pitching by twins today. and cluch in gear with hitting.

Correia is a stud. Cut your losses on Pelfrey, bring up Gibson, and let's play!

Twins easily could have been 4-0 against the Rangers this series, and that's with Warning-Track-Power-Mauer doing nothing. Good for Dozier, Escobar, Hicks, and Florimon! And how 'bout the pitching!!

Just stay at .500 on this upcoming road trip and build from there. They are playing good baseball, and the defensive is fun to watch. Didn't expect to be saying that. Keep it up!

Nice series split with a very good Texas Rangers club! Hicks is beginning to show some signs of life at the plate. He's a bad defensive center fielder though. It reminds me some of DY taking incorrect circuitous routes to the ball. Maybe the coaching staff can get him squared away. I am happy to see the Twins over .500 in April. Go Twins!

Keep up the good work guys. Nice to see them at least middle of the pack in stats especially the pitching. After today's game team ERA is below 4 (almost 1.5 below last year). I am sure the bats will come around as the weather warms and everyone like Joe and Aaron get on track.

Wow, didn't expect Correia to become our ace. Hope he keeps it up as today's performance was stellar. This team is already much more exciting to watch than at any point last season. Can't wait to take in a game at Target Field!

I think Correia has proven that he is the best pitcher to ever play the game.
