WASHINGTON - The chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee says he believes the Boston Marathon bombing suspects had some training in carrying out their attack. *** The chairman must be speaking from personal experience if everything he knows or believes resulted from training by others and left to his own devices he's incapable of any original thinking or initiative. Or maybe just SAYING that he believes this as an example of his own flawed tactical thinking and initiative.
