Friend of slain Little Falls teen pleads guilty to break-in charges

Teen admits he was a lookout in two burglaries committed by Nick Brady, who was killed by a homeowner in a third break-in.

"Prosecutors said an audio recording of the shootings indicated Smith taunted the teens while firing shot after shot..." - Well THIS won't help the defense. I wonder where they got the audio?

Two teens with a steel pipe versus an over 60 adult? They were armed and he had no way of knowing whether they might have had a firearm. An honest jury will split on this one.

Its nearly impossible to find any sympathy for the victims in this case. They certanily did not deserve what they received but there's no arguing against the fact that they were rotten to the core.

First degree murder???? You have got to be kidding me. Third degree at worst. I would charge him with manslaughter.

It would have been ok if he just shot them, but he wounded them and then stood over them and killed them like you would an animal.. that is murder

I imagine this kid is testifying for the prosecution. Does he have some culpability for the outcome knowing a possible response to home intrusion is a loaded weapon?
