If this man were to have an anger problem, and were to shoot someone should the state be liable to give him my money for that as well. This is not just a alcoholism problem. It is my safety, and my families safety. This person and those who are aiding him should be ashamed and be called out. There are hundreds, if not thousands of places to get help these days. For free even. To the once officer "Please make a cognisant decision on behalf of us all. Do not go out like this. Get back up, shake off the dust, and make things right. Your not perfect, were not either. We are counting on you." People love to help those who truly want help.
