When will Norquist shut up and go away? Republican legislators need to stand up to this bully and do the right thing and the voting public needs to show him that we signed no pledge with his misguided organization.
Any business making 100K a year should have to pay this tax. Dabblers on eBay etc.won't be affected. Amazon? About time!

Forcing small businesses to file hundreds of different sales tax returns is a burden that is simply wrong. Companies like Amazon or Target or Sears have tax departments with full time accountants to keep track of that. There is no way for a small company to keep track of the myriad of state, county and local tax rates and rules and get payments made without penalty.
